Parnello Education utilizes the Wilson Reading System to teach explicit and systematic phonics instruction for both reading and spelling. A comprehension component is also built into the reading program to build vocabulary and understanding. Wilson Certified instruction is provided at the pace of the student as they progress through 12 steps of Wilson Reading System.
Full completion of the Wilson Reading System takes 2-3 years of instruction. This option is ideal for students with a formal dyslexia diagnosis who have not responded well with traditional reading programs. Dyslexia Therapy requires a long-term commitment by the student and family.
